About Our Fees

Here is some basic information regarding the fees which we charge. This is being published in accordance with new regulations issued by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).

We do not include information about some categories of work – e.g., asylum and appeal preparation — because these can vary widely according to the circumstances of the case and the SRA has indicated that they do not need to be published. We would, of course, be happy to give you a quotation if you contact us with details about your case.

Initial Consultation / One-Off Immigration Advice

We usually recommend our clients begin with an initial consultation with one of our immigration team. This involves an online, in-person or telephone consultation, during which we take full instructions regarding your circumstances so that we can offer full advice regarding your options. Following the consultation, we will send you a detailed follow-up advice letter setting out your options in full.

£200 – £475

Our fee includes:

  • In-person or phone consultation with one of our specialist immigration team.
  • Written advice confirming your instructions, advice and options

Our fee does not include:

  • VAT (where applicable)
  • Liaising with third parties, such as the Home Office or Tribunal
  • Interpreter fees (where required)
  • Completing or submitting an application

If further assistance is required, we will discuss with you the next steps and estimated costs, which may be using our Application Management Service, or further work at our hourly rates.

Application Management Service

We would be happy to assist you in preparing and submitting an application to the Home Office. Our fee ranges for this service vary depending on the application being made, the complexity of the matter, and the experience of our immigration team member assisting you. The fee, agreed in advance to give you peace of mind regarding costs, includes phone and in-person consultations as necessary to progress your application, advising you on the documents required, assisting you to prepare and review the documents, assistance with completing the application form(s), preparing detailed and tailored representations to support the application, and assisting you to submit the application.

All of our team have a wealth of experience in making successful applications to the Home Office and we are considered one of London’s leading immigration firms with a truly client-focused approach.

Our fee includes:

  • In-person or telephone consultations, as necessary, for preparation of the application
  • Advice on documents needed in support of application
  • Assistance in preparing and checking documents
  • Advising on any issues raised by the documents and how to address these
  • Drafting legal representations in support of the application
  • Assistance in completing and submitting applications forms
  • Preparing and copying an application pack ready for submission
  • Assistance in submitting application to the Home Office
  • Email or phone contact to keep you up-to-date regarding your application
  • Liaising, where necessary, with third parties, including the Home Office and the courts.

Our fee does not include:

  • VAT (where applicable)
  • Home Office or its third party providers’ fees
  • Interpreting or translation fees
  • Independent expert reports, where required
  • Barristers’ fees, where required
  • Courier fees
  • Further work, where necessary, following submission of application. This can be agreed with a further fixed fee or an hourly rate, as appropriate should the need arise.

We set out below our fee ranges for the most common applications that we assist with. However, we assist clients with a very wide range of immigration, nationality, EEA and asylum matters so please contact us  directly to discuss fees for your specific circumstances.
