Andrew Jones, Solicitor
Andrew is a solicitor at Wesley Gryk Solicitors LLP who joined the firm in January 2019. Andrew’s practice covers a wide range of immigration, asylum and nationality matters.
Andrew assists clients of all backgrounds in applications under the Immigration Rules, outside of the Immigration Rules and in accordance with EU law. Andrew has expertise in making applications for parents and partners applying to enter or extend their stay in the United Kingdom. He also has particular experience assisting European nationals and their family members to enforce and protect their freedom of movement rights. Andrew joined Wesley Gryk Solicitors LLP from a legal aid firm, where he developed a successful practice in asylum applications, assisting clients in immigration detention and challenging Home Office decisions in the Immigration and Asylum Tribunals and by judicial review.
