Katie is a Partner at Wesley Gryk. Her practice covers a full range of immigration and nationality matters. She has a particular specialisation in complex family cases under the Immigration Rules and on the basis of Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights, the right to family and private life.

- Obtaining spouse and partner visas, in particular in cases involving complex financial issues
- Applications for children, including citizenship applications and advice on sole responsibility issues where a child is seeking to join only one parent in the UK
- Advising European nationals and their families and assisting with complex applications under the EU Settlement Scheme
- Article 8 applications and appeals for the parents, partners and children of British citizens
- Global Talent applications
- Judicial review challenges of visit visa refusals and other decisions that do not attract a right of appeal
- Obtaining leave for clients to remain in the UK with their children after their relationship has broken down due to domestic abuse
