Katie is a Senior Solicitor at Wesley Gryk. Her practice covers a full range of immigration and nationality matters. She has a particular specialisation in complex family cases under the Immigration Rules and on the basis of Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights, the right to family and private life.
Named as an Associate to Watch in Chambers UK and a Rising Star in the Legal 500.

- Regular applications for leave as a partner under Appendix FM, in particular cases involving complex financial issues.
- Assisting with applications for children, including advice on sole responsibility issues where a child is seeking to join only one parent in the UK.
- Advising European nationals and their families and assisting with applications under European law and the EU Settlement Scheme.
- Article 8 applications and appeals for the parents and partners of British citizens.
- Adoption appeals, including for an adopted child refused leave to enter having applied under the wrong immigration rule and with incomplete evidence.
- Successful judicial review challenge of a business visit visa refused on the basis of deception.
- Overturing a refusal of entry clearance under Appendix FM for a parent seeking to move to the UK to co-parent his British child with his British former partner.
- Successful applications for indefinite leave for Windrush applicants.
